Wanted to share a great live shot of my rig! I can’t imagine playing on a stage without this behind me!
Just chiming in with a question and observation. My crash box has a little fault - maybe the foot switch? - it lowers the volume when bypassed. You really need to stomp it on and off to get it working properly.
This lead to the observation that for me at least, the foot switch is way too close to the knobs, so when I stomp it moves them. Maybe the next batch can have more room between the two?
love the pedal sounds but it’s proving an obstacle at this point.

This may have already been answered in this thread but I wanted to get some opinions. I currently have an Ampeg SVT-CL and pair it with either an 8x10 or 2x12. I’m looking to downsize to a light rig. The Magellan 800 combined with the classic 15 and 2x10 has piqued my interest.
Does anyone have any experience comparing the two or going from the Ampeg rig to Genzer?

Nice folks too, we did many trade shows together over the years as well, always fun when Bob Lee and others joined us for breakfast/dinner. Mark was there when I discovered counterfeit Chinese rigging hardware (counterfeit Crosby parts) with huge visible forging voids hanging a truss over our heads. One call to the convention center's building engineer cleared the area and brought that truss down in a hurry and an escort to the police department. As an engineer, I couldn't look the other way, and the convention center gave us food vouchers for our "conscientious work". I think the building engineer crapped his pants when he saw that, his face went ghost white.
Cool. I grew up in Hanover. I performed on that stage as a middle schooler playing the trombone and attended quite a few school assemblies there too. Good memories.
Not an area or stadium, just a brewery, but the sound is still amazing. Crowed loved it and I had a blast.
Note the blue 2x4 under the front feet. The slight adjustment in angle makes the world of difference as far as how it sounds standing in front of it. Or maybe it's just me.

Nice adjustment on your cab positioning. I...Love...that...bass!! Must be fun to play and get that woody Hofner hollow body tone.
