@Jeff Genzler and @agedhorse , just curious if there are replacement speakers still available for the shuttle 12 or if there is an off the shelf replacement available? This one sounds great but I always feel better knowing there’s a repair option if it goes.

Nice fit with the MG-350 into that Shuttle 6 cradle. I did not know it could fit. Ha!! Inadvertent design parameters.
BTW--- we did change to the Faital 12PR300 in those Shuttle cabs towards the very end, sot that speaker could always be an option.

Glad you've been able to sell that many over the past years. I remember your saying you had some number of remaining GB heads after the big transition.

I had a lot of service stock to be sure that all warranties could be handled via exchange if necessary while under the Fender shut-down "era".

I have a lot of requests, I generally send them to the TB classifieds. That way everybody here wins (IMO)

I always regretted missing out on the GB GBE 750 - it seemed to be a sweet spot amp that was extremely versatile, same thing for the Mesa M2000, now that I think about them, they had a fair bit of similarities.

Can the ‘aux in’ be used to bring in external audio so that I can hear both that external audio and my bass simultaneously? Is the aux in jack a stereo TRS (or TRRS for balanced stereo) jack or TS for mono jack?

Will the headphone out Jack be stereo or mono?

Yes, you can. I use a TRS. Headphone out is stereo.

+1. I used to do that all the time. Phone or tablet in via aux in and headphones out.

Now I just use my audio interface with headphones for silent practice, but I don’t get the color of the amp or EQ doing it that way.

I've had my Magellan 350 combo for a few years now, and loving it! So much so, that I'm eyeing it for possibly solving an interesting problem....

First, the simple question. Can I use it (via the Aux In) as a powered subwoofer??

The more complete scenario - I have a Bose L1 Pro8 that I use for coffee shop type of situations. Not loud volume stuff... but, still, playing the bass through it is less than ideal.
Given the size of the Magellan combo, it's easy enough to just plop it near the PA and plug the bass right into it, and just "go"... but I would like to run everything through the mixer (and therefore, the PA). So it possible to plug the Magellan combo into the line out of the Bose, and just pretend it's a small powered sub? I think that could give the sound I want with the simpler control that I want.

It's not a BAD situation to control the bass separately but I'd love to see it all through the mixer.

My not-expert guess would be it would be fine, although it’s not going to respond the same as a real subwoofer. As in, whatever frequencies you send it will be tilted a bit more to the higher side.

The question came up previously regarding using one's BA cab as a subwoofer and the answer from those who know was, "no.," it really isn't designed for those crazy low frequencies that go to and come out of a typical sub.
I'm not sure if that is exactly what you're proposing though. Are you planning to use the Bose as is and send the full signal through the Genzler using a line out from your mixer while still using the attached sub with the Bose system? I expect that would be fine although I'm not sure you'd accomplish what I think you're hoping - using the Genzler just to enhance the bass guitar. Now if there is a way to send an Aux out from the bass channel on the mixer to the Aux in on the Genzler without the rest of the "band," I think that should work fine. That would require one of the Tone match T8s mixers or some other mixer with multiple Aux out options to do that. The T8s has 4 Aux outs, one of which I suppose could be dedicated to the bass guitar channel and sent to the Genzler.

I think it will work fine, but you will want to use the sub out (low passed) of the PA into the aux input. You will also need to use good common sense and have reasonable expectations.
