Rice works well to disperse the heat.
Getting blown out by hot peppers isn't really fun to me. Bringing the heat up to the point of WOW but not to the point of WOAH is an art.

Nope. No problem with that-cast iron stomach. I have been known to 'clear' the air though.

My daughter is allergic to fish/shellfish. Out of respect for her situation, I basically quit eating seafood. For me, not a great loss.
That looks great. Salmon isn't terribly popular here, although it is available. I've cooked red fish (red drum) on the half shell on the grill. Fillet the fish off the backbone but leave the skin and scales on (half shell), season it, wrap it in foil, and let it sit on the grill for about half an hour. The fish flakes off the skin.
While shopping online awhile ago, I saw that "Baby on Board" signs are still available. It reminded me that I had a sign like those except mine read:"Happiness is Seeing Your Boss's Picture on the Back of a Milk Carton".

A couple years or so after those Baby On Board stickers came out I saw a car with two stickers on the back. One was a Grateful Dead sticker, the other said Child In Trunk.
Because our band worked six nights/week, 75-82, I missed the "golden years" of SNL. What I did see left me with the impression that they were the best at taking a 3 minute sketch and s-t-r-e-t-c-h-i-n-g it to 6+ minutes. Leave 'em wanting more, don't beat it to death. JMHO.

Seeing the eye doctor today. It's a scheduled yearly exam. Time for a new prescription. Did both cataract procedures when I was 50. Is my body on some accelerated schedule?
The slower we're able to move(w/o pain), the faster we deteriorate.
