Mmmmm. Trade ya(like that'd happen).
It's Spaghetti Tuesday at the Dog house tonight! Yum!! Homemade meat sauce made with, and accompanied by, a nice Cabernet Sauvignon, with fresh garlic bread. I try to limit the pasta & bread carbs and load up on the sauces, both of 'em.

Cabbage soup made with sauerkraut, carrots, stewed tomatoes, chicken broth, and pearl barley later in the week. Served with fresh rye bread.

Nice. We're rocking the Shakedown Beet kraut from the local fermenter joint just down the street this week. Have a little of the cuke kimchi left too. These guys grow their own veggies for their kraut, good schtuff.

Strictly a hard pass on the spaghetti as one who shuns all tomato sauces. November is sauerkraut making time. My personal preference is with caraway, and I seem to find few in agreement on that point.
