The 'hussies' reminded me of my uncle Chuck, who taught me how to walk on a bass neck on his '63 Precision. He actually got to play with Speedy West when he was in the army!!! Before I headed out to boot camp, and when I was back on leave, he made a point of telling me to "watch out for loose women". Never did ask him about what experiences he had that would prompt that warning to me... ;)

Hope you are ok, Bob!
On the whole I am doing fairly ok. Apparently the was a slight rejection going on but that was brought under control fairly quickly. In english my body didn't like the stuff I got and vice a versa. They fixed it quick. I was able to work on a bass today so that's progress.
Thank you for asking.
Bob

My Grandfather was a CPO in the Danish Navy and just before I to leave for Bootcamp he sat me down and explained to me how Sailors were easy Mark's for loose women and why I should avoid the opium dens especially in Shanghai and San Francisco. Keep in mind my grandfather was in the Danish Navy before the turn of the 20th century and sailed 3 masters. When Ships Were Made Of Wood and Men Were Made of Iron. Most people know of them as Clipper Ships. All I could say was "San Francisco? WHERE?!!"
Bob
Edit: Hey it was the 60's! What can I say?

So, " Senior Chief Corpsman, heal thyself" isn't a thing?
