Everything of importance accounted for, here (can I borrow some brain cells, Will?).
Weekend activity: Keep sanding the old finish off of the door for the closet in the new, upcoming enclosed porch. The door was originally from a closet that was rebuilt in 2013 (door from 1917). Then, it will get new stain (Minwax Red Mahogany) and tung oil finish, after cutting the bottom and top to square up the door (it's a bit of a parallelogram, at the moment!).

Present and accounted for. Everything seems to be working. Left thumb has healed from where I drove a razor knife into the top of the knuckle two weeks ago. No biggie but it bled like a stuck pig. Had a heck of a time taping it up. (Stitches????We don't need no stinkin' stitches.)
Three vehicles down right now. Seahag had to move my band truck this morning and a brake line blew. Tow truck just picked it up. Should be done sometime next week. Gee........I hope it's ready by the time my next band gig rolls around lol. Seahags Sable wagon has a coolant leak. That should get taken care of tomorrow. Some stupid plastic thingy (yes , that's a real automotive term) cracked. It has two hoses attached to it and is pretty hard to access so off to the shop tomorrow morning and the brakes on Seahags truck are really low. Still work but the pedal is really low so when we pick up the Sable , we'll drop off her truck. Well , there goes all the band money I earned in the last three months. Good thing the Firebird and Seahags bike are both in fine shape.

It was art like this that made me decide to give it up except for a hobby. Maybe because I judge drawings and paintings of people on how close they actually look like people. But hey, what do I know...

Today my daughter and her brood visited us. I got to see my grandson for the first time. He is a little over a month old. You would think that I would have seen him sooner, but this lockdown has changed life a bit more than I would prefer.

Sometimes I look back when I arise just to make sure that I'm not still lying in the bed. That would be a stressful moment.
You get to look much the same when you are very young and very old. Resemblance to grandpa isn't unusual.

I thought it looked like her. A buddy of mine had one of those when we were kids, it was actually a pretty nice playing guitar, low action and a thin neck, the amp sounded good too.
