The design was based on some suggestions made by the TB community. Maybe they should do a limited editon run of TB-800's.

Congrats on the move! Like you, my better half and I are contemplating the same thing. We are tired of what is happening and are considering down-sizing. Our plans even include a move to Canada for reasons that can not be expressed here ;).

I am considering staying in Lima for several more years for reasons that cannot be expressed here;) depending on how things turn out in the near future.

When I say ocean side, I mean not on the mainland side. On the Juan De Fuca Straight overlooking the USA. That’s apparently 11-17 miles wide.

I’ve never been there but the pictures look nice. They take comfort in being able to see the mountains in Washington state.

You are more correct than I @beans-on-toast! Thanks for the map. It has been many years since I visited Victoria and Sooke. My (old) memory had visions of Sooke being south of Victoria not west. It is a great area and I hope to refresh my memories once this virus :poop: is over :).

I see the tongue and groove. ¾” thick harks back to a time when they did things properly.

Thinking of schlepping that woodpile upstairs hurts my back.
That T & G is the ceiling and wall paneling; the flooring is still in their cartons (18 sq. ft./carton in random lengths between 1' and 8').

I did plenty of schlepping material for this job! That's my exercise routine. :D
