Quite a story!
LP’s have made quite a comeback. Many major CD reissues these days include long play records. They get that it’s a good source of revenue from collectors. Here is a recent example, $600 US, $256 US without the LP’s!!!

They take out whatever you tell them to, via your W-4 form with your new part-time employer. Doesn't have anything to do with your Social Security pension.Hey old farts, if someone is 62 and receiving Social Security (not SSI), and takes a part time job making say 150 bucks a week, does payroll take federal and social security tax out of the paycheck ?

You're likely aware a mask restricts the field of 3d vision downward. As am I. This did not mitigate the effect of momentary carelessness and a less-than-perfectly-horizontal sidewalk block. Caught the leading edge and down I went. Skinned a knee, two open scrapes on the back on my right hand, and a light brush on my right cheekbone. Otherwise fine and moderately embarrassed. Two folks stopped by to see if I was all right (I am).
The stupid thing is, the trip (I see that pun, thank you) was for a bottle of drain cleaner. There's some kind of irony in that, but uncertain where.
The good thing is, all that muscle memory learned from falling on skis and from horses is firmly in place. Not sure what that says about someone when a learned life skills include falling without injury. Must have been Captain Parmenter.

Ow! Glad you didn't seriously whack your head or break a bone or tear a ligament. The healing process is impeded in direct proportion to the number of birthdays one has had. Gonna be sore tomorrow.Well right then
