A sign like that can taunt a dog. Even a tough dog will cry like a baby at the thought of a treat from a burger place.
Hope she doesn't make a habit of that. Her vet bills could be a lot more that if she just gave proper dog food.

A dog trusts you to feed them what's good. There's no telling who believes fast food is good, and argument may be made one way or another as to the honesty in "food" 
AFIK all fast food offerings are thoroughly understood by the vendor, and maybe not so much so by the consumer. There's a great deal more going on to present you with your treat almost as soon as you complete the negotiation.

I think that the dog knows the place well. Hopefully it was just an occasional treat.
I was told of someone who served tuna to their cat every meal. Their cat got sick and died. The vet said that the cat didn’t get the essential ingredients found in formulated cat food. She killed her cat despite meaning well.
I don’t trust made in china food.

When I was a kid, I came across a bottle capping machine. So I bought some caps and some A&W concentrate, found an empty case of beer bottles and followed the recipe on the bottle. It required yeast and had to brew for a couple of days. I used a little too much yeast, when a bottle was opened, most of the contents foamed out. Probably had some alcohol content.
My dad wouldn’t let me go out on the street drinking root beer from the beer bottles.
My uncle made it in his basement...exploding bottles were common!
