There was a guy that I was working with years ago that pulled his broken molarr out with his Leatherman tool in the restroom mirror. He was a bit crazy though. Piece by Piece. Dentist he went to after that said it was good to go and just gave him some Antibiotics.

Been there, done that. How long did you feel around for the missing part before swallowing
$250 crowns are part of the incentive to go back to the Phils, so we can live like people. It seriously can't happen too soon! If only I could get at my retirement savings without the gov stealing 10% + paying income tax on top of that! Every time I go to buy food and stuff at the local stores, it seems the price doubled since the week before. Anyone else get that feeling?
My wife has been playing youtubes obsessively, watching the new Phil pressy speak. I sure hope he cleans up as he says he will. Seems like a pretty good guy for the job to me. I sure hope he cleans up that meth mess they got going on now.

One more thing we just got word there was a 5.2 earthquake on Monday night. When I checked online, it showed the epicenter located directly below our front porch ( oh, excuse me, VERANDA). Called our house watcher, no damage thank god

Is there a song that just eats at you? What I mean is, is there a song that you know is within your playing ability but yet no matter how much you go over it, or work on it, you just can't seem to capture the song like it should be.. for me that song is Thorazine Shuffle.. I on round two of trying to get this song.. I listen to it.. hum it through my head.. but when I try to play it, something just escapes me and I don't manage to keep the right time with it.. this makes me grumpy!
First of all I apologize for all this whining. I really do have a lot to be thankful for like my patient and understanding wife and daughter and my generous friend Bob who has taken us into his home. And in middle of it all we are working on some great music in his home studio.
These other things are just speed bumps that are fun to whine about and make great stories told over beers or coffee.
@BadExample, via.com had cebu/JFK for $850 USD round trip. Also, the gov is gonna screw you no matter what, so my advice is get yer butt over here on your VERANDA (LOL), crack open a San Miguel and start enjoying what's left of your life before the gov shortens that for you.

That's a great price. I'll be watching that website. I thank last time we flew it was over $1000 ea. for a round trip. I just hope the Phil gov doesn't harass us with immigration BS, but I understand they need their cut too! I'm sure every step of the way from here to there, someone is going to want their "cut."
Oh, and no worries about complaining about the aches and pains. We are the GOFs, and we don't need a reason to complain. We answer to no one! Well, except for SWAMBO

I've heard they backed off on the silly rules. I think that go away 3 days would be for the perving tourists. @spankdaplank could probably give a better answer as to what the fees are. Being married to a Phil citizen lightens up a lot of the requirements. Less BS.
