I would imagine you're a fine player, and my comment is based only on my firsthand experiences with people I know who honestly believe their wallet can help them compensate for skills they have not spent the time to develop.

In retrospect my thought would have been better and more accurately expressed as, "...while poor musicians can sometimes make even the finest equipment sound no better than beginner gear.". In any event, I remain convinced that that your playing would most likely be the exception to my rule should you choose to self-categorize as a poor musician. :)

FWIW, a lot of my expensive gear would likely sound better in the hands of many beginning players. :rollno:

Thank for being so kind (even though you haven't heard me play)! And I am really disappointed in the expensive equipment I bought especially when I just find out I have to spend time "developing". Someone, who I absolutely hate, told me I should take lessons. I am at home in the GOF's Club :laugh:;)!

Mowed the lawn yesterday, it appears that we have both visiting racoons and opossums. How can I tell you might ask? Because when you run over opossum poop with the mower it goes "thip-thip-thip" and when you run over racoon poop it goes "thump-thump-thump". ;)

There are certainly business models that support videos of naked women with basses. The difficulty with the general theorem is absolutely any prop will do, and will generate about the same number of hits. Connoisseurs of the form are not going to be particular about tort or no tort.

And if the lady objects to the pic being published you could be looking at a tort, anyway. But that's a tort of a different color.
