Watching Divine in Female Trouble left me wondering why I never got cha cha pumps for Christmas?
<Grump, grump,grump>12/29/20, 1125-drummer called. He had called the club where we're s'posed to play for a NYEE party tomorrow(11/30)night. The manager informed him that the secretary was instructed to let us know-2 WEEKS ago-that the gig was cancelled. Oh, well, at least we didn't all go there to find a "CLOSED" sign on the !@#$%^& door. LSTYD!

Oh well. I don’t believe that the secretary made a mistake. More than likely, too many people had reservations about going out that night. Now if I drove by NYE and another band was in there, I’d be upset.
We still have a gig for NYE. This was s'posed to be a 'get-together' for Elks Club members who had other plans for NYE.
EDIT: AFAIK-for now.

A proper L'il Abner Appalachian corncob pipe-smoking granny will hit the pie tin across the room with a TING every time.
The absolute best way...is to not eat them with company.
Or just swallow them...what did the hunter/gatherers do?
People do eat the seeds. They can wreak havoc with the digestion. I eat them over the kitchen sink or outside. Never wear a white shirt.
On to olive pits, you can’t swallow them. You are allowed to remove them with your fingers and place them on a provided dish. But there is no way to do this without people staring at your pits.
