I recall a very mild case of it very early on, but the dealer's shop corrected it and from then on it was always a pleasure to drive. There were only two reasons I got rid of it: I wanted A/C, and I fell in lust for the '78 VW Scirocco.

I almost went this route. There was an aftermarket company called IECO that did a lot of stuff for Vegas including the engine. 190hp but it would have been a little high strung since most of the power was at higher RPM. It definitely looked good with the Weber carbs and header! The spoiler I had on the front came from IECO.

There was a guy in Miami who shoehorned a 426 into a Rambler American. He hand painted "Ram-Blur" on the fender.

New speakers just arrived! Have to go play with them for awhile.
Very happy with the new speakers - JBL Stage A130. There is enough space on the desk now for the speakers, amp, and monitor. The old audio cabinet will be donated.
Vintage audio has moved to the sunroom with the old coffee table repurposed. Need to make grills for the speakers.
The first thing I did when I moved out of the parents house was run with scissors! WHEEEEEE!!!!!! OUCH - MOMMY!!!!
I just bought two new pairs of tailoring scissors (Fiskars Gingher) for cabinet work. Both come with protective sheaths so I can safely run with them.
Something that I need. Yesterday an oscilloscope fell off a stack of equipment and hit me square on top of my thick head. Third time in recent time that I got wacked in the head, first two were from a fall on the ice. Not good.

At times I think that I need something when I’m working. Mashed my leg when lumber fell on it, that’s healed. Now I have to wear my overalls. Already have a chainmail glove for when I’m cutting. Eye and hearing protection.
I see young kids wearing helmets when out playing. Life shouldn’t have to come to that.
