A lot of people lease furnished apartments then rent them out. Seems that it’s legal and building owners can’t stop them. The hotel lobby challenged it and lost.
Managing several units in a building is apparently a good source of income. Even building owners do this with a percentage of their apartments. Large buildings all offer cleaning and in building laundry services so that helps. This is popular these days, many don’t want to clean. They can charge a lot because it is short term and less expensive than nearby hotels.
People do the same with condos. They never actually live there.

if you lived in a gingerbread house you would hardly ever have to go to the grocery. Maintenance would be a piece of cake. You’d have to keep yelling at kids to keep off your lawn. In hindsight, maybe the Hansel and Gretel witch really wasn’t that bad.

They open in 15 minutes. It's a very minor repair. I don't have the proper tool(s). I don't have the patience. The nut to the jack fell off. Today's my day to record. I was all set up to begin. Camera tested, sound tested. Ready to play the piece I have prepared. Need a bass.
My Ray is at the same shop, maybe some infos on it. The cat bass is close(r) but not yet here.

Yes and...HELP!!!. The climate is not all that it is made out to be.
Although I wouldn't want to live in CA, it is pretty nice in parts of the state. The Big Bear area is beautiful. San Fran and north is really nice along with Yosemite.

What are you asking for it? I could do about two fiddy a night if you fix the roof. lol.
That can be tricky if the jack has fallen into the body. A loose nut will give you a bad ground and the bass won't work properly. If the nut can be easily installed, a nut driver is good to use to tighten it. NEVER use pliers, they can scratch everything.

Yeah, that ^. Many years ago took my PBass to a local store for a set up and left with a '75 reissue JBass. I kept the PBass! Always thought I wanted a J. Nice looking bass and played well but never really bonded with it. I sold it. Both Carvins sound much better to me and both can get pretty close to the J sounds.

Yes, TX. lol. I hired them at work and was one of the best on my team. Just had that little air of our stuff is better than your stuff.
Loved the Outer Limits! The Galaxy Being was one of my favorites and I think that was the premier episode if I remember correctly.
