Get off my LAWN! "Grumpy Old Farts"

Went shopping early last night for vegetables. Cabbage, broccoli, tomatoes, and some giant leeks that looked like kids small baseball bats... When we got home the sky opened up so we left the veggies in the car in the driveway and ran into the house. Next morning the ol' lady's showering and I go into the bathroom and say to her, "We gotta bring those veggies in from the car soon. Otherwise the leek is gonna get limp"
"Oh right" she says, "don't want the leek to get limp!"
"No", I reply, "Limp leeks is not good..."
But I went back to bed awhile and she did some more morning stuff, so we didn't get out to the car until about 2 hours later. And sure enough, the leek was limp...
(And the damn broccoli was a little squishy too!)
(And I had left the two rear windows of the car open).

And so it goes. Just another exciting day in the life of we who live in NJ... :bored:

At least the NJ rats didn’t get to them.

Of course, I'd trade the two candy bars for this cutie anytime! Let's see, if one kittie is worth more than 2 candy bars, and 2 candy bars are worth more than an ex (and a WHOLE lot less expensive!), I'd say the world has got it's stuff in order.

A fresh Kit-Kat bar!

edit. why are divorces so expensive?
A: they're worth it.

I would settle for one candy bar (or none) and no kitties or ex's. That would be perfect!
