A trucker hauling waste refuse enters the highway ahead of me and he drags up the hills and flies down the other sides
so he overtakes and I overtake him because I'm on cruise control
that I bounce down when the speed limit changes
trooper's got someone pulled over just beyond the lower speed limit sign

Since I know where the trooper is now, and can see wide open road, tap that throttle and get Mr. Dragonfly well behind me

didn't mention the mountains are misty, then, did I?

Erm, I take it that's my cue!:
Two hoppy items:

yah know I haven't de-packed yet. My headset is still in my bag.

Cruising altitude always means a good time for Live Dead.
:: smh :: my word that's why, Phil Lesh is a beast
Wednesday was the anniversary of Watkins Glen, where the Dead and Allman Brothers played Mountain Jam together. I know I've got that ... wait, I have two different recordings of that
:: snoopy dance ::
Jerry and the Boys and Brother Gregg? :: faint ::

Here Morrighan, you just relax, I've got it for ya!

It's a five-cent black nylon bag that was a freebie with a SkyMiles (or somesuch, the shopping guide from the plane's seatback) leather duffel. The duffel's vanished into the mists of time. It's the nylon bag that is like a Linus' blanket of air travel.

Perfect size for all personal items. It's what I pack last and unpack first. Holds absolutely everything I need, for a day, for a week, longer if needed.

Less like Linus' blanket and more like an anchor I put down in port, I think. Maybe a little of both.

Any problems with Mr. X-Ray and the new foot hardware at the airport?

I like to keep a bag for used socks and unmentionables. Some people wear them once and throw them out.

Now you need spare masks, gloves, disinfectant wipes for the hotel room, hand sanitizer.

Flashed my knee surgery card on the outbound legs, and made it through without a hitch. Forgot the card at O'Hare (that's a long walk from the L to my terminal) and got a pat down. Swabbed my palm in search of bad molecules. And it's off to the Starbucks for a cappucino grande, and orange juice.

Oh yes I know people who don't pack clothes. They buy new clothes where they go. It makes some sense.

Orange juice is one of those “needs” that an industry created. With relentless marketing they created a myth that you need this overly sweet substance (24grams of sugar (8 teaspoons)in an 8 oz glass, comparable to soft drinks) in your diet. At some point years ago they made a money grab, the price went through the roof, that became the new norm for their pricing. Every time Florida gets hit with bad weather, they raise the price and keep it there. They got greedy and based their business model on the OPECers.

Americans are drinking less orange juice and it continues to decline every year.

Swabbed your palm? I’ve not heard of that. Looking for illness is it? Or just making sure you washed after a bathroom break.??
