Nothing seems to be in my wallet…Given the issues that bank has had with breaches, their motto should be, “Who’s in your wallet?”

The wife is always saying, “sit down when you do that”.I lack the words to express how much that is me!
Carlos Santana as well!
Both Page and Beck have said that they were inspired by Buchanan's playing.
They do that with car registration and proof of insurance too. Then tell you not to leave it in the car.Who is responsible for designing a vaccination record card that doesn't fit in a wallet![]()

I used to watch the Indian Test Pattern on the TV and listen to the 400Hz test tone.

Elliott was invited out to California to record by his old friends Becker and Fagan. He used to play on their demo tracks in NYC when they were unknown. The three played in the Jay and the Americans touring band. He went into the studio, they played what they had for this song. He asked for the lyrics, read them and made up this lead on the spot. Everyone thought that they had nailed it. The tape guy didn’t bother rolling because it was a practice. So they did the song a second time, that was what was used on the song.
I'll have to listen to this @ work tomorrow, where I have an actual high-speed connection... Interesting Steely esoterica (I'd never heard of Elliot)...![]()

All my shoes are slip-on or velcro.TMPutting on socks is difficult as well. One reason why old people buy shoes without laces or simply slip their running shoes on and off.
In the early 70's I saw Leon Russell with Loggins & Messina at the Shady Grove Music Fair in Md. Leon opened his set by asking "Roy Buchanan, if you're out there contact me." As you may know, Buchanan was living in the DC metro area at this time. The Rolling Stones also wanted Buchanan to fill Brian Jones slot. Buchanan wasn't interested in any of it. He was evidently content to play around the DC area and cut hair in a barber shop. Lucky for me as I got to see him 4 or 5 times in small to medium size venues. And yes, He WAS all that! Among others, I've got a copy of his "Burlap Bag" LP.
We played that in my last classic pop/rock band. Love playing this song!Elliott was invited out to California to record by his old friends Becker and Fagan. Harvey was one of the greats at what he did. It was always a treat to hear him talk about a subject in which one was also interested, because whatever it was, he made it a topic worthy of care and consideration.Ya didn’t expect…certainly, I didn’t…Paul Harvey to invest himself so completely in any RnR musician’s obit.
