Eat some fried chicken then play without washing your hands. Works wonders for deadening flats. So I’ve been told.

Just a quick mention of some sad news...I read this morning that Nanci Griffith died a couple days ago. She was probably not well known outside of folk music circles, but IMO is someone who made a positive difference in the lives of those who knew her and her music.
