They're here with me, thank you for asking! I sedated the heck out of them for the check-in/flight/immigration/customs. Got super lucky on arrival. I truly hate Charles de Gaulle airport. I've flown in and out of CDG many times and never had even one good experience there. This time, we arrived on a Sunday, the end of the French August holiday season. I deplaned last and saw the all of the passengers queued up at immigration...usually a nightmare. They cleared all of the passengers in less than 15 minutes. Freaking unbelievable. My one checked bag was already on the reclaim belt and customs agents were nowhere to be seen. 15 minutes total! It took longer to walk to the Sheraton CDG for a night's recovery.![]()

I bought 3 Sleepypod Air pet carriers. My dogs are 8, 15 and 17 pounds, so they were all in-cabn. I had to hire a professional travel companion when my brother and his French wife bailed on me. I had to fly United instead of Air France because they'd let me buy a third seat without a person in it. I had to fly my companion from Atlanta to Chicago to meet me, and then from Paris back to Atlanta. Cost me $15,000 instead of $2,000. I've got some hard feelings about my so-called "family". The travel companion was excellent. He owns both a distance travel companion business and a local (Atlanta) appointment companion business. He's used to working with peeps in wheelchairs. How did you manage their transport? Do they like the French food?

Hard feelings? Ummm...My reaction would be considerably stronger than that I believe. Sorry that happened.I bought 3 Sleepypod Air pet carriers. That method is fun!
I've also used telescope projection for occasional partial ones, but for the 2017 one, we went all out with solar filters on the scopes/cameras, etc.![]()
Home from MO. Drove over last Fri, spent the night with my sis and bro-in-law in the Little Rock area. Nice visit! My sis and I entertained bro-in-law with our escapades with alcohol when we were young and stupid. Pretty funny stories! Got to Pop's house on Sat. He's doing great! Side effects are waning but it will be a little longer before the soreness in his mouth is gone. Mowed his grass on Sun. We left on Mon and spent the night in Hot Springs, AR. We ate at Rocky's next to the hotel and consumed beers. Love this place! Lots of hurricane refugees at the hotel. We feel bad for those folks. That's a tough deal. Got home about 3 this afternoon. No more trips we hope for at least two weeks - lol.

Lower back pain is difficult to both diagnose and treat. It frequently shows up in disability hearings. Alternative therapies like acupuncture are not always available. I paid out-of-pocket for two acupuncture sessions to successfully treat sciatica without painkillers.![]()
