Gents, my procedure today was the one hand on your shoulder, the other hand in a glove and he says bend over and try to relax procedure.

The "3 foot long disappearing camera trick" is on the schedule for sometime in the near future.

Sharkbait, good tip on the pineapple, I'll definitely give it a try. :)

I had to do a scope down the throat, and I was NOT knocked out, though drugged. At one point, I thought to myself "the mouth piece is slipping back into my throat," and I raised my right hand to pull it out. A nurse threw her torso on my arm (felt some boob), and I thought, "Oh yeah, they are putting a tube down my throat," and I endured.
Get a doc that guarantees a knock out.

fnord!

Just pulled the letter out of the garbage. Here we go...........

I heard recently that the swallowable tiny cam has been/is being approved for prime time use. It takes internal pics and wirelessly transmits them to a pack you wear for the duration. The days of the colonoscopy are numbered...

Not in time for me though... :hmm:

=wr=

Oh, yours is probably fun in comparison, especially if you let out a little moan at the appropriate moment.

Got back from my first road gig in a while and pretty proud, or disgusted with myself, for not letting the GOF out of the bag. I discovered a new definition for AI. Used to stand for artificial intelligence but I found out it also stands for "Arrogant Idiots". If we weren't so far from home I would have handed it to the two black hats who couldn't understand why our singer couldn't be in two places at the same time---on stage with us and 200 yards away singing the national anthem. It would have been worth it to see their faces as we walk away & tell them when they figure it out, to go find someone else 4 hours before the show. We've (GOF's) been doing this stuff for years-----why can't promoters listen to us????
Our drummer finally got them to listen and everything was straightened out. But after 9 hours on the road this GOF was looking for a baseball bat to try out on these AI's.

First gig with a new band tonight. Oh wait , this is the amps forum. First gig with a new band tonight and an old SVT. There , now it's covered. I'm finding it hard to get a grump on. :)
Hey #14,
I can relate. Hard to get a grump on this time of year in the Grand Valley.
Did I fall asleep at some point or did it really take me three months to discover this amps forum thing?
What are we doing in the amps forum?

Getting amp'ed up makes grumpy geezers feel better.

That's right!!!
