At my age, the soldier should be a general. I'll call it Custard's last stand.
You got a chef in your pocket?:-)

George Armstrong Custer (December 5, 1839 – June 25, 1876) was a United States Army officer and cavalry commander in the American Civil War and the American Indian Wars. Raised in Michigan and Ohio, Custer was admitted to West Point in 1857, where he graduated last in his class in 1861.

Sorry to hear you went through this. Did it help?
Marginally. That was twice as bad as the camera he ( the sadistic urologist) rammed up it moments before, which was twice as bad as the biopsy months before surgery. Egads, that felt and sounded like my old rusty Swingline staple gun shoved up my @$% and fired away repeatedly. The surgery and recovery was almost a joke compared to that stuff. Well, except when I rolled over and kicked my catheter tube. That's something you only do once.

Never had a problem going pee until after surgery. After the "EXPANSION" it got a bit better. I'm not going back. My family doc has asked me a few times who I'm seeing for urology and I told him no way. So he's my urologist. He understands the machete/stump theory.

For the record, I prefer not to have my name changed until after the fact, and even then, I prefer "Machete Boy" over stumpy.

My what a fast crowd we have today.......! Far as Caitlin, she/he/it wouldn't do well up here in lumber country........
I mean, our bathrooms still are for javelin and uh.... well you know.... boys and girls....:D
Oh, I'm sure someone there would love him, regardless of his decision. They might be hiding in the closet, but there some man for every man, and XXXX's man is Kaitlyn. Hmpf, and everybody called XXXX the coward of Alaska.

If anyone has machine shop experience you probably know what a broach or broaching tool is. Well several years ago my urologist was dealing with my "weak stream" from a kink internally in the delivery tube. A "stricture" he called it. So from his tool kit he pulled out several stainless steel rods about 12" to 14" in length (he could have used the shorty set on me) of INCREASING DIAMETER. Thank God he didn't produce a small ball been hammer, too. KY didn't help. He worked his way through the set. I left the office with tears in my eyes and mentally more than a bit unhinged.
I have another one from the same era that equals or tops this. But this is enough for now.

And for a grand finale (I promise last one):
Same era - I was in my late thirties - same doctor.
I had to have a wart removed from my twig. Bad enough he injects me with lidocaine. He then reached in his magic toolbox and pulls out what looks exactly like a RADIO SHACK SOLDERING IRON! As it is heating up my knees are starting to quiver and I'm sweating. Before I pass out he applies the almost red hot soldering iron to my little buddy.
SMOKE CAME CURLING UP in front of my face.
To be honest that's all I remember.

OMG Brian. And I was feeling sorry for myself for having to wait until after midnight (Good Friday here) to eat properly.
