On a happier note, yesterday was Dorothy and my wedding anniversary. Number 49 to be exact! whoda thunk we’d ever get that far? I guess that’s what love will do!! :D
Congrats Sir Paul, and give Dorothy a kiss on the cheek for me. BEHAVE, you are representing me!

Remember, next year you have to buy her gold!

We are 30 years married here, as of today.

I'm proud of us. It's been several days since anyone has mentioned:

The best way to rip the balls off a pig.

How to electronically jack off a bull.

What a Urologist can stick into your penis and wreck your day.

What a Urologist, GP or Procto-boy can stick up you in unimaginable ways.

Rock on fellas, and keep up the good fight.

Now that you bring these up...:eyebrow:;)

A good friend of mine, drummer and lead vocalist, had a camera probe shoved up his rear end. Hours later he began to feel strange. He ended up being rushed into surgery as the camera had pierced his intestines allowing all sorts to muck into his body. We nearly lost him.

A CT scan can be used in place of a colonoscopy. They pump the intestine full of air, then run the test. Much more civil than a camera. Much more expensive.

A neighbor blew out his intestine. He was seriously ill for over a year, months in the hospital. Had to have a colostomy bag while it healed. Had multiple operations. Even lost several teeth. He was on steroid drugs that made him gain a lot of weight.

It's usually the air that does it. That's required for a cholonoscopy too. As your poor neighbor discovered, that can be deadly. I've watched the video on a few cholonoscopies, and I can't imagine how they got a camera through the intestine. Maybe a very weak spot, especially while pumped up.

I think I might go back to watching TV...although this discussion is interesting, I would really like to enjoy my Sunday dinner...:bag::unsure:;).

Attending another funeral later today...man I played music with many many times. Decades of abusing every known substance on earth, some mental illness resulting from this abuse...finally caught up to him.

R.I.P. Bill.
Condolences Ken. It's tough to see someone in those final days when years of bad decisions catch up with them. Hopefully it's those good times playing music that will be the main memories that come to mind when you think about your friend.
