Long story short...

Both my wife and I are in the hospital. Wife was rushed to the ER with colon issues Sunday night. While we were in the ER, I passed out (twice) with heart issues. Both of us were admitted.

Both of us have had more medical tests than anyone should have to endure.

We are both on the same floor but in different rooms.

It is so much fun being old!

All the best for a positive outcome.

Wow, a double whammy! Hoping all the best for you and your wife.

I pray for both your quick recoveries. May the Great Spirit guide the doctors and nurses to bring you back to better health. It's sad to be sick during the holidays. God bless you both.

Sorry to hear of your ailment(s). Get well soon, both of you.

Well boys, it looks like I may only be around here another 2 weeks. I was just informed that we're hosting the family Christmas gathering at our house this year. :banghead: :crying: :sour:  o_O  :bawl: :help: :dead: :poop:
That means that by this time 2 weeks from now I could be locked up for attempted and/or full homicide. The up side is, I could get drunk before the relatives show up, but the down side is that it'll probably get me the maximum sentence.
Maybe I can talk my grandson into tying me up in the basement.
Or I can go to feed the deer in the woods and get lost until everyone leaves.
But then my wife will be mad at me for not taking her with me.
Uhhh, Merry Christmas?

"Hey, they said they were coming over, but they never showed up."

"No, I don't know whose car that is."

"Well... I dunno. They never made it into the house, so I haven't seen 'em."

"Maybe a bear got 'em." "Sure! There's lots of bears around here!" "A deer??? I thought it was a bear!"

"No, that's my coat. Honest."

"Basement? No, we don't have a basement." "Oh, you mean *that* basement."

"I want a lawyer..."

Just practicing...

My Christmas party is with my bride Carey with the doors locked, front porch light off, phones turned off, turkey dinner and "It's a Wonderful Life" on TV!

New Year's party? Watching the NY ball drop at 8:00 AST, and falling asleep shortly after in our recliners!

I like your "style"...:thumbsup:...we are planning the same, except for PST ;)!
