I've done red before. Went from blue to red to blonde last year. View attachment 3377332

They told me blondes have more fun. And I was playing with hair dye as early as the parents would let me (I was about 11). Wanted to know what it would be like with raven hair. They insisted I only try temp colour. It came out kind of purple.

Is anyone still taking old curmudgeon names and giving out numbers? Or is this evolved to a basic elder bassist thread? I’m new to the forum but not that new to bass playing. Switched from sax to electric bass in 64, shortly after watching the Beatles make girls cry on Ed Sullivan.
Welcome sir !
@B-string may still have a few numbers left

Welcome. Using new math, your number is your first post number, 15498. Most here can’t remember their numbers. The only requirement is being a grump. At least some of the time.

The Beatles started many on their lifelong musical journeys. Perhaps their most important contribution. Knowing how to play a sax gets you bonus points.
