Mt Airy, NC, to Milwaukee, WI, is quite the hike. Or was Richie kidnapped by the Cunninghams, (who were toying with idea of following in the footsteps of Ed Gein, Wisco boy made bad)? For the sake of television audiences everywhere, this idea was ultimately cast aside by Tom Bosley and Marion Ross.

There is or used to be a tour of the tunnels at Cu Chi. That goes way beyond nostalgia.

There used to be a saying, "I didnt lose anything there, dont need to go back." Well, I may have lost a few things there, but I wont get any of them back by returning.

I wouldn’t want to relive life threatening situations that I’ve been through. Some things are best kept in the past. The one advantage is, living through them changes you and can make the rest of your life easier.
