Sin 6 is not Tell, although even I'm starting to get confused. If Tell had a website I think it would be even better. I did find Sin 6 very entertaining - a visit to their site is highly recommended.

i take offense to the drummer comment. I'm a way better drummer than a bass player. I just prefer bass more cuz you can control the volume more and it's more challeging in some aspects. Drumming is more physical. Bass is more mental.

I'm not saying I hate the bass or anybody who plays it. I love playing bass, but i can't stand it when everybody says,"stupid drummer this and stupid drummer that." Oh, by the way i don't play drumset, I play a marching snare drum. In my high school band and have marched in a drum corps and that is way harder than anything a bass player could ever do.

how is walking and playing ONE snare harder than bass? it might be harder than bass if your talking about like blink 182 or any other of those crap punk bands, but REAL bass has to be harder than the snare. IMO of course.

playing one snare isn't hard. making 10 of us play the same difficult music cleanly and look the same is the hard part. plus staying in 100 degree weather for 10 hours a day to make it perfect makes it difficult

I just read your post and laughed until it hurt! "Learn a real instrument like the drums," he says. Ha ha ha ha ha ha! It took him 20 years to be an accomplished drummer? Ha ha ha ha ha ha! It sounds to me like pulling his head out of is arse would be an accomplishment. He's the one with the bad attitude and the over-inflated ego. I would have replied to it (assuming he had the b*lls to send his real name or e-mail address). I am going to copy that one and hang it on my wall. Imagine, someone thinking they are King Sh*t because they learned how to beat on some drums!

Just remember, there is always one like him (or her) no matter where you go and no matter what you do.

(one year ago, not 20 years - I have an MBA from NYU and my brother, our awesome singer is a lawyer - we are smart and talented) - i write most of the songs, arrange them and play drums - we do not need a bassist to write or record (we can dubb) - only need a bassist for live performance (out guitarist is amazing)

i have been playing drums since 10 and I am accomplished - I do not ask for $ to play with a band - I formed TELL because I knew that we could take this all the way and millenniums beyond $50 gigs.

do not give me your peace bulls**t - you are a hippocrat and won't get anywhere with your short-term attitude
