I have the same formula I apply to those yellow highway caution signs, "40MPH", and to time estimates from custom builders of anything. Double it. That means I know I can take my car through that corner at 80mph without losing traction, and it will be 6 weeks before I allow myself to get antsy about receiving my gnome. #20 practicing patience.

This is in no way a slight to McSpunckle, it's just works for me as a coping mechanism. When my pedal shows up "on time", I'll be pleasantly surprised!

I'll admit I've left a spot for it on my board. ;)

My long suffering wife is tiring of my habit of showing off new pics as soon as they're posted on the Flickr page. She jokes that it's like a kidnapping in reverse: I've paid the ransom and keep getting sent pictures of pieces of the kidnapped pedal. Soon it'll be "returned to me unharmed".

I haven't fully considered how I will dl the board yet. I have to consider (in addition to the Gnome) how I will set up my Line 6 M9, MXR M80, my X2 Wireless ("stomp" version), and Voodoo Lab pedal power brick.
I have to lay it all out once the Gnome arrives and see what pedalboard will accommodate it.

SavingGrace, you were bumped to #4 when the list was compressed to those that had paid.

A lot of the early "interested" people never put in their down payments, so you moved up significantly. That went for a lot of people.

Haha! Sorry, dude. If it makes you feel better, I don't wait for the enclosures do to most of the wiring. : p

I'm going to start pouring them further in advance to make it less of an issue. It'll cost me a day at the most right now, if that.

I really should make a build rig where I can put a fully wired harness into the enclosures as soon as they're drilled.

Didn't get to do much yesterday except plug her in to make sure she works and try to find a tone that sounded good on my little Fender mini practice amp. (and believe me I turned every knob there was!!!haha!)
This morning, I plugged my full set-up in, dialed in the sweetest tone ever, then just stepped on the Gnome from whatever I set last nite and :eek::eek::eek::eek::bassist:

Probably the greatest sound I have ever heard coming thru my amp!!! Pretty much the sound I have always had in my head, but could not find.
I have to write this setting down before I move anything cuz as long as I have that to try to improve on, which I will, it's all over...sweet mother of mercy!!!

Anyways, I have a TON of figuring out what to do with all the options as I have about 15 minutes time on this, but as of now I am really speechless!!
And it is positively BEAUTIFUL to look at!
Hats' off to you Dan!!
I'll post more as I discover more.
