Going for walks, seeing some cool cars.

Never the less, I would like to see this electric 2CV...

Is this it? The concept art I saw hewed a bit closer to the original. This looks more like the child for a Mini Cooper and a 2CV (not that there's anything wrong with that.)

Still considering it for this one :)

Nothing crazy, just a solid EFI SMC with an automatic (the wife's car).

My dad had a 240 wagon in silver for most of the time I was growing up (until college, in fact.) I wish he had kept it so I could have done something silly with it...

Nice, I've had 2x 240 wagons (both blue), one 740 wagon (white), one v70 wagon (silver), one XC90 V8 (black)... then a 242 (green) & 262c (silver)... and a P1800 (black). The first step is admitting you have a problem... but I'm not admitting s**t!

Sorry, I'm Not sure. I just did a image search, and quite a few results looked like this one.
Ah I see.
Here is another picture of the Citroen, I wonder which one it'll look like. Maybe different packages. I'd prefer the red one with the headlights paying homage to the original. But it's so cool looking you know it'll never make the cut.

That one looks angry...
I've lusted after the 1800 ES since I was in high school. Never driven one, sadly.

As you should cause that is gorgeous! Closest I've seen in person was the C30 T5 my neighbor used to have. (I think I posted a picture of it in this very thread.)

Refreshing to see steel wheels and clip on lead wheel weights.

I must admit I lusted after the 1800ES in my early years as a bass player. It was about the only sporty car that seemed like it could fit bass gear.
No idea what an 1800 ES is...... guess they weren't popular in my early years.

My High School parking lot (class of 1985) was full of hot rods...... probably 7 or 8 second generation Camaros, a Chevelle or three, couple Torinos, a 68 Dart with a nasty 340 under the hood, a lifted 78 Bronco, a convertible 70 Skylark and a Cutlass or two thrown in for good measure.

Fast forward to 2026 and I still have the 81 Camaro I drove in 1985.

I owned one of those for a few years! It was a magnificent highway cruiser.

When I was 17 I was in an old Volvo wagon my dad let me drive. I forget what model or year. It was about 2AM, and I was sitting in the car with this girl I was seeing in the driveway of her parent's house. We said goodnight, and I went to turn on the engine, which was already on, and made that awful noise that happens when you do that. All the lights in the house came on, she ran out, I panicked and pulled out of the driveway fast, cutting the wheel too soon, and I destroyed a line of bushes on the side of the driveway, tearing up the paint job on the side of the car. I claimed ignorance the next day to my dad, who didn't believe me and took the keys.
