In the original Star Trek it appeared to be a love interest between Spock and nurse Chapple. Fast forward to Star Trek '09 and it's Spock and Ohura. Is this because of the alternate time line in '09 universe? And what about everything in between OST and ST-'09?

Mostly good. Timing on the bass solo was off, and it was audible when played against the song. Otherwise you did fine.
