How lucky am I? I'm totally grateful to Kevin and his lovely wife for stopping by my gig Friday night and bringing this bass. First, it's way prettier in person than in the photo: yeah, that's a cliché, but also a fact, jack. Also, it's light as a feather and plays like a dream: I'm a five-string fretted guy, but had a blast noodling around on this one (apologies to anyone within hearing range, my intonation sux).

Anybody who gets the chance should definitely hear Ken play with any of his bands, he has some serious RnR chops, and his P5 tone is perfect for driving (but not pile-driving) rock. We had a great time.
