Several of them, most mentioned in this zombie thread, but I'll cross-post a few...
Kojak was so cool, he had two theme tunes:
That first theme had lyrics, which Sammy Davis Jr. recorded:
Rockford will surely be mentioned (and rightly so), but I'll throw this in for the sheer '70s glorious heck of it: The Daly-Wilson Big Band's cover of the theme song. It's an audio only "video," but it still works. Not sure if this was recorded at a live show, or if it took a while to get a solid take in the studio, but either way, if you listen all the way to the end, you can hear somebody yell a joyously triumphant "YEAH!!!" as the stinger echoes through the room, just as the tape cuts off.
For the Whovians, before the show got rebooted, and gained all the Beeb's violins (etc).
And so on, and so on...

Been binge-watching all 20+ seasons of NCIS over the past year or so. Love this show, and the theme song really grew on me.

'Night Court', 'Baywatch' and 'Greatest American Hero' rank right up there in my top 3 intros. Baywatch might be a weird one to some, but originally it was Peter Cetera's 'Save Me' which was used for the intro (with Bonnie Raitt on slide guitar), then switched over to the late Jimi Jamison's 'I'm Always Here'. Jimi was the longest-tenured lead singer of 'Survivor' and a monster talent. Both songs are bangers.
