Guitarron turned bass guitar? I need to see that!
As the owner of a Guitarrón turned into bass guitar I have to sort of disagree. This seems to be more of a downsized upright. Quite different in terms of construction.
Anybody know if a 5-string will be available?

I meant as far as the depth of the body, and size. Most ABGs are just token acoustic instruments that really need to be plugged in at most times for except personal practice. The guitarrone and the earthwood can be used purely acoustically, as the bodies are deep enough to get a real acoustic tone. That's what I meant. Plus, this looks nothing like an acoustic upright bass, which I have some experience with.
