Got the new Rigel ABG check this out

I just got the new Rigel Acoustic Bass guitar and ..... wow loud and clear a ton of tone. plays a little better that typical ABGs . The best part is that you really don't have to alter your style of play with a pick to be heard acoustically any more. I have to post the video of a practice with the acoustic trio I play with for you to get the full idea. Can't wait for the first show with this thing. Check out the website . Pete is realy great about answering questions about the instrument.

Hey well done, I'd been watching the Rigel web site for news on this. I've a Rigel mandolin which I love, so when I saw the bass I was intrigued, no chance it would ever have been in my price bracket though. Looking forward to seeing and hearing more detail.

Do you know if this is going to be a one off or if there will be more in the pipeline?

Oh yeah I thought the same thing . Played it a while and back and was blown away. Been working on some cool covers and reinterpreting my original work for a stripped down Acoustic act. Best part is that I can do it without amps now.

Great idea, looks like great execution. I've been wondering for years why an ABG like this hasn't been made by someone, the benefit seem obvious. If I win the lottery, I'm calling you second!

Actually speaking of recording! my friend Austin will be posting a live performance soon, that will show how it does in a true " live" situation! I know talk is cheap, so this is the best way to really hear what it can do,until there are more out there than can be played in person!
