Ken...
I was referring to this bass, but in a tv yellowish color.

Ken...
Regarding that six string Ric bass copy up there....what's the story? Actually looks pretty cool on the surface.
View attachment 3163114 I play one. I'll let you know when I get famous...
Check out Aram bedrosian on you tube he plays Ritter exclusively.Ritters. Don't think I have seen a famous player play a Ritter besides Phil Lesh.
Also, Dingwall, Roscoe, Skold, Etc. I see very few of the boutique basses we go nuts for at $200-3000 used in the Classifieds being played by big names.
Don't know anyone famous who plays this.Am I "bass" obsessed, or "talkbass" obsessed?
This morning I woke with the nagging question on my mind, how come I never, ever, saw a single picture of anyone famous playing a Warwick Fortress Flashback?
And then I wondered...
what other great basses is this true about?
You very rarely see G&L being played by anyone noteworthy...
I haven't seen anybody "famous" use Jackson/Charvel basses in a long time. Don't ever see them for sale much anymore either
Leland Sklar plays a sig Dingwall quite a bit. Other than him, I can't think of anyone off the top of my head who plays them. They are great basses, however.
I had to google to see one , forgot about these ,and Ya MM is right only @ 700 made?

Definitely one of the better Revs I've seen!
Even louder now. Sold the Labby 2x10 for a TC RS2x10...Well, looks like you'll be loud enough anyway. I think I can hear you from here![]()
Thanks, it was a most pleasant surprise plugging this one in at the store and discovering how good it sounded. Had a Thunderbird on layaway but decided to go with the Thundergun.Definitely one of the better Revs I've seen!
What kind of bass is that?
Is that Lou Reed?
