Is that Jimmy during his Keith period?

Precisely. But Jimmy got teased so mercilessly for his slavish Keef emulation that he eventually grew an image-shifting beard
and rarely referenced the Stones again (note that there are three Stones covers on Zeppelin One, yet none thereafter!).

Well, I don't know if Jameson is the greatest...but he's easily the greatest out of that list, because the music he played on is easily the greatest. Those other ones don't even rate in my book. It's not that they aren't technically sound. It's just that most of the music they made is so bad to me. I don't care how "good" you are if you aren't using that skill to make music that I think is "good." Good musicianship alone does absolutely nothing for me.

Actually, considering that JJ played exclusively with one finger, he might have indeed found the Harris gallop to be challenging.
My point is that even if Harris could play the notes (that’s a big IF) he would have never in his life made it feel as good. So... not only no but hell naw!

Love me some Iron Maiden. I grew up listening to him, and only within the last 10 years did I realize he played with flatwound strings. I have a signature string set of his on a p bass I drop to C. They are perfect for that tuning.

At least you didn't say Joe Dart. While I think the guy is an amazing player and has some tasty tone, I hate the way the guy looks when he plays, all bobble headed and cocky. For some reason I just want to punch him.

I never get that feeling rocking with the Maidens..
I agree with @allanmac00 the stuff about Joe Dart is gratuitous, random, and pretty much just wrong. JD is historically a J bass guy.
