I do have to admit, it can get pretty frustrating when you see someone post something you want to buy only to read the rest of the post and find out they were just bragging about a score. There are plenty of other places on this site to do that where a lot of people will congratulate you and discuss it.

At $200, that seems to be around $50 less than you see other VM 5's going for on here.
That grain is cool. I'm super tempted to buy this "Jezz bass"

Found this gem at GC in New Orleans today. It plays and looks great. The only issue is the stacked pot is loose. Either needs tighten or replaced. Either way, this is an awesome deal. Action is low and neck feels great.

They are asking $1699. It's on the 30 day hold till 12/18/17.

Here's a modded out MIM Fender J with a case.

I dig the pickguard. But more importantly, I believe those are the same DiMarzio pickups I have in my J, and they are smokin'. I love the sound I get out of them. This seems pretty good.
(Personally, I'd switch to a tort or maybe black guard. Still, it's unique!)
