This the email I received:

"This email is to inform you that the Sadowsky Bass you ordered was already sold. The computer system did not update the information with our website in time. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. The order will be cancelled and your payment refunded. We appreciate your understanding in this matter."

If you've got the time and inclination...call the store and ask to speak to the store manager and ask what happened. Something like this happens to me every few months with GC, I usually get a free set of strings or a cable out of it or check the store's inventory and get something used at a huge discount.

It looks like a good deal to me (if is really in good condition), I just snagged a V2 for $269 otherwise I would be all over this one.

These are great, really dig mine. I got mine for $50 because the previous owner said it was busted, paid for it in a parking lot untested. Got home and its always worked perfect. I see them listed for $250 routinely so someone should snag this, it can get very loud and keep up with a band.
