Hopefully, this arrives in the condition they say it is. USA g&l l2500 in "great" condition w/ case. Pulled the trigger and am awaiting its arrival. Fingers crossed.

Picked it up last week and gigged it that very evening. Fantastic bass. Very good condition. Great deal

There's an Epipohe EB 3 and SX Vintage Jazz for 149 each on the site.

Thanks for the Head's-Up, Treebeard. I was able to find them, but a link would have been nice;)! Anyway, the EB-3 is listed in "Poor Condition", as it has a "Headstock Break Repair". Not for me, I don't think. I wasn't interested in the SX. I love checking them out, 'cause you never know!

I hear that! I didn't check on the EB but I love the SX Vintage series. Lot of bang for the buck if you need cheap wares for a recording or video. I even saw they had a PBass Jr Copy in that line a while back.

I look at Guitar Center's used basses all the time on their webpage but I never realized you can't search for a fretless by number of strings, like you can for fretted basses-because they include "fretless" in the same kind of category as "number of strings"-so you can't refine your search further. They should change that.

once youve narrowed it down to fretless are there tons of pages to wade through?
No just one page if you change the view to 90 items.

Here is the page I get if I search for used fretless bass. It includes four string, five string, and six string fretless.

Edit: Hmmmm. Now that I look at those though, I would definitely call the store before I bought one. From the pictures it is difficult to tell if some are lined fretless or are fretted, even though they come up as fretless when you hit the radio button in the sidebar...
