I think it qualifies since there is a fairly good sized group of people who seek them. There are very few things that everyone highly seeks.

I just ordered one. I really don't know much about these, so I'm hoping it's a decent deal. I just wanted something relatively cheap to put beside my TV. That way if I'm watching a concert or something, I can play along without having to lug something from elsewhere in the house. (Yeah, at nearly 72, I guess I AM that lazy...)

GC in Greenwood Indiana (Indy South Side) has what appears to be a mislabeled short scale SBMM Stingray for $275. It's not a Ray4 bridge. Nor is it a current Ray4 color. But the picture is a match for the short scale, which is a step or two up. New these are currently $450.

I got mine (one) the other day. No Speakon input on the back - just 1/4". Using it with a GK-MB500 head, which is Speakon only. Finally got around to getting a Speakon to 1/4" speaker cable. It sounds great with the GK.

And Marko, I think you're right. Sure looks like new old stock to me. I'm happy with the deal. Thanks!
