I love my Yamaha acoustic. Looks like the same model, only a different color:

Helped a friend to buy a new and "better" acoustic and we've selected what looks like this exact model.
My Tele has now got a Duncan Vintage Hot Stack in the bridge, a Cool Rails for Strat added in the middle, and a Duncan Mini Humbucker in the neck position. Then I got a four-way switch, a no-load tone pot, and a stacked volume pot, with the four way Tele wiring being roughly the traditional version. Then with the bottom half of the volume pot being the traditional volume pot, and the top half being the middle pickup only.
Yes. I know that Brent Mason wires his Tele like that. That was where I got the idea. But mine is better looking than his.
It's real. I purchased it direct from Fender a while back.
Done with the rehab on this one. These used to come with p90s but I got it butchered with a humbucker route. Decided to stick with the humbuckers, some old Seymour Duncans. New wiring, hardware is decent. Crazy how this is heavier than most of my other bass guitars, but it sounds pretty sweet.
Over the last 2 days I hit the refresh button on what I wanted in a guitar rig for higher gain. Sold the Marshall vertical 212 I was using along with the Peavey Vypyr 120H and Sunn Alpha Six that were solely used for high gain applications.
Finished step 1 today by using the funds from those amps and cab (along with 1 bass that I sold 3 hours ago) to buy an early 90's Marshall JCM 900 100W Hi Gain Master Volume MK III head from GC used.
Next I have to do some more research on cabs though I have been heavily leaning towards a 410 guitar cab for the volume and portability factor. I was liking what I saw with the newest Mesa Boogie open back 410 cab but according to Sweetwater the width is only 1" bigger than the vertical Marshall 212 I sold which falls just a bit short of what I'm after in a 410 guitar cab.
Finished step 1 today by using the funds from those amps and cab (along with 1 bass that I sold 3 hours ago) to buy an early 90's Marshall JCM 900 100W Hi Gain Master Volume MK III head from GC used.

Amp arrived yesterday morning. I also ordered a custom cover and replacement JCM800 style plastic handle caps after noticing it needed both.
I also gave up on the idea of a 410 cab for the time being when I found a not too beat up Peavey 412MS cab on Monday for $190 shipped. UPS has been surprisingly speedy shipping the 412 cab so I'll have it by this afternoon.

I'm pretty sure I have posted these in the past but for those who've missed seeing them, these are of my old Larrivée LV-19 Special Vine Edition (SVE); a friend of mine owns the guitar, these days. The LV-19 SVE was made in a very limited edition of about five in '02.
This thin line has been with me for a bit, mis drilled a hole and I’m trying to figure out how to fill it to match the surroundings, but that might need a refinish.

Finally got me a Strat! Rolled the dice on a Monoprice - definitely worth a hundred bucks!
Neck is great, just needed a wee touch up. Body is substantial (not a feather weight, which I like.) and paint is gorgeous. Only weak point is the tuners, kind of rough and stiff. Otherwise very playable!
I modified for master tone (outta the way, Vol knob!) added a few springs and locked down the trem. Strung up with Daddario 9.5s. I may drop in some Wilkinson Alnico pickups, but these ain’t half bad. I’m a happy camper!
