I read an interview a while back with Fran Sheehan and he was saying something about getting into a bicycle accident and messing up his hands and not being able to play well (if at all) anymore. I was saddened by this.
I was always amazed by his style and how he could bob his head (like angus in ac-dc) for entire songs and still play so freekin well!

Yeah Fran did mess up his hand. But he can still play. I was on a bill at a Make-A-Wish event back in March and Fran was the chef for the dinner the night before (good food), and then the next night was the concert. He is a cool guy. He played through my rig for the show.
