Once again, you can't prove a negative. Prove that any of these things are happening, and cite a legitimate source (pro tip: Zeitgeist is not a legitimate source).

In any case, as it has already been pointed out, the burden of proof falls primarily on the claimant. Without substantiated evidence, there is no rational reason to believe the claim. And when documentaries such as Zeitgeist resort to fabricated stories (as documented in the debunking site posted earlier in this thread), the argument does get pretty weak.

In life we all have to decide who to believe. We have to decide whether we want to spend our life as a sucker who laps up nonsense from charlatains and kooks like Alex Jones feeding us horse-ess or a reasoned human. Unfortunately the internet seems to teem with wack jobs and kooks selling their crazy insane theories (like the jerks behind the stupid subject of this thread), and some people just love to lap it up.
Too much logical thinking certainly does not create any "dogma", that is a nonsensical statement.
Even given the available evidence above, there is still plenty of room for serious doubt of some aspects of the official story. Generally speaking, I'm not into conspiracies, as I usually find them too incredible and lacking falsifiability; but I'm not dismissing them outright either. However, doubt is not the same as belief, so I don't believe any conspiracy until very compelling evidence is presented. And FWIW, I've gathered enough information to know that, historically, some conspiracies are actually true.

The problem with your assessments is that some arguments, particularly the one unclekebm is making, are, in fact, stupid. Good critical thinking can only lead to this conclusion, and arguments such as these do not deserve respect.
No, unclekebm, I was not there, but there are dozens of eyewitnesses who saw the plane crash into the Pentagon. Are they all liars? I know someone personally who was in the Pentagon parking lot, returning to work from a dentist appointment, and watched the event unfold right in front of his astonished and horrified eyes. I am very thankful he was not in the building at the time.
While the above poster thinks Alex Jones is a kook I think he's a great american patriot. He has the balls to report on the real news that you won't see in the fake and glossy mainstream media. I don't agree with everyword that comes out of his mouth but he's been warning us about certain things for years and they've been coming true. He predicted 9/11 in his July 25, '01 broadcast. The government does what they drill for it's as simple as that. In the last 2 weeks alone he's had on guests like Michael Tsarion, Ron Paul, Webster Tarpley, Jesse Ventura, Willie Nelson and the Zeitgeist Addendum maker Peter Joseph. That was a funny interview. If you want some 9/11 truth look on youtube for Barry Jennings account of WTC7. This man recently died a few months ago at the ripe old age of 53. Or look up the Charles Goyette radio show where Davin Coburn the puppet from Popular Mechanics gets grilled. Coburn couldn't even answer some of the questions. Their claims about building 7 are a joke. That whole Popular Propaganda article was yellow journalism at it's finest. The Hearst execs hired Michael Chertoff's cousin Benjamin Chertoff as a senior researcher for that piece! Anybody see a conflict of interests there? It would be laughable if it wasn't so sad. I wouldn't worry too much about the Zeitgeist Addendum. I'd recommend Loose Change Final Cut & Fabled Enemies by Jason Bermas instead.

at least that's what the news said, I didn't know anyone who saw it first hand so I can't say it happened without a doubt,

what I'm saying is Mainstream media and Zeitgeist as well as other forms of media all have flaws, I find all of it to be entertaining and I do see "some truth" in all of it.
but I don't believe anything to be absolutely true until I experience for myself...

No, I called the argument you are putting forth stupid. Because it is. Unfortunately, many smart people who should know better get caught up in stupid stuff. Look how many people thought that the insane home valuations of the last decade were sustainable for a good example.
