Every time I find a pawn shop score you come along and find, like, seven of 'em...

It must be nice! If I went into a pawnshop here, I'd be lucky to get a beat Crate 210 for less than $500.
We could plant GPS on dark horse, but we would still arrive after him- we need to create an algorithm that allows us to predict where and when he's going to scour the pawns- so that we can beat him to the spot.

The gauntlet has been thrown. I'd better get on the stick. All my crazy-cheap pawnshop finds have been a few years now.
In Italy it doesn't even exists something like actual "pawn shops". There are shops that buy used stuff for a ridiculous price and re-sell it, but they usually suck.
Yeah, I don't know how the pawn shops around here stay in business. They think they've new stuff for new prices.
Pretty sure their primary income is from the Loan (pawn) part of the business, not selling.
Nice. My luck with pawn shops in this area runs like this: I have some spare money this month & nothing available. I'm broke this month & there is a Rick signed by Geddy, Lemme & Chris Squire for $250 in mint condition, with case
Pawnshops around me suck. They have junk that they try to sell for too much $$ and people get ripped off not knowing that they just bought firewood.
I think you have to be in a place where there are a lot of musicians and not too many good jobs to find deals like that. Either that or down the street from a casino.
Pawnshops make their money from loans. People that dont reclaim their stuff is just icing on the cake. At my local Pawn thats been here as longer than Ive been alive I still see some of the same guitars hanging on the walls for the last 30yrs.
I think I saw that cab at the pawn shop on South Lamar (the one that closed down) about a year ago. Is it the cab with the pull-up handle and wheels on the back? At that time I think they were asking around $750. Not sure what happened to it after that. Nice score!
A pawn shop with no internet access, must be nice.
