I wouldn't pay that for a Spirit even if it is modified. Maybe for $1000-1200 lower I would consider it, I think I would want to try it out. Like the poster above said, too many variables.

What do you think of it? These basses were flooding eBay a while back for a few hundred dollars.
It's fine. Not comfortable to play while sitting. I had fret lines added, which is nice, but kinda useless due to how much they blend into the board.

I'm curious if that's actually a Moses and if so, was it a special order?
Check back on the last page; I believe someone questioned the Moses graphite neck.
I'm actually looking for that very bass except fretless but HELL no!

MovinTarget just mentioned the pocket as the neck is a replacement. I'm curious because I know Moses makes the neck for Steiny 5's MB-145: Steinberger Bass 5 but only for the original and Gibson USA/Music Yo styles. So yes, some pocket modification may have happened..
