Does you signal chain have a vol. pedal on the screen ? if so ,try taking it out of the chain. I had this happen when I was trying to use different vol / wah pedals. once I took it off the screen ( deleted ) my volume came back.Got an issue since a couple of days: the volume of the Gigboard seems to have been halved from before. When I connect my bass directly with the amp I have again a normal volume, yet when I connect the Gigboard in between, the volume drops radically, even with all effects turned off and the volume on my bass maxed out, the volume on my amp passed noon, and the volume on the Gigboard passed noon. Something is going on, but can't figure it out.
Any help greatly appreciated

Yes there is... It involves holding down certain pedal buttons while you power it up and then follow the prompts. I personally have not looked up exactly which buttons to hold down.No it doesn't. Had a comp, bass amp, distortion, vibrato and delay in the rig, yet the volume disappeared. Is there a way to restore the factory settings?
Welcome to the Headrush Pedalboard and Gigboard Users Group.
This page is for sharing tips, patch/file sharing and generally answering questions about the Headrush boards.
So I’ll kick this off with a couple of questions:
1. Is there a complete list or some kind of translation of the types of bass amps and cabs?
Like, the Blue Line is modeled off of the “_______” or the Bass EQ is based off of “_______”.
2. How do you set your overall output volume? Do you do that from your rig or from the global settings?
Awesome unit. One of my pedal steel buddies uses it for doing frippertronics do make ambient music. He actually plays a ton of yoga gigs. Cool stuff.

May be too late for the op , but I just learned something new.. THANKS !!May be too late but you can control the In and Out Volumes. One or the other may have been too low. You generally would need to adjust based on the instrument you are using. You get to these settings by tapping the In and Out boxes at the beginning and end of the chain.
Got a new issue now, damn.... the looper won't let me save any new loops anymore...I get the same message over and over: 'export failed'..... ANy idea?
Too much already saved maybe? Think they can only hold 20 minutes worth.
Oh no, I've recorded a maximum of maybe 4 to 5 minutes
Question for you guys: could I do the following routing with the Headrush => bass => input Headrush => compressor => real amp
then have a separate chain of effects than would be linked into the Send and Return of the amp?
Yes. Unless I’m not understanding fully it would be no different than plugging your bass in the front of amp and using your fx send/return on amp.
