The Silverfish - just about as heavy as anyone has ever been. Not that super fast biddybiddybiddybiddybiddybiddybiddy drum thing that some people seem to think is heavy (sorry that aint, its just annoying as hell), but proper fat as f*** heavy as lead heavy:-






Although their heaviest stuff was on the Total F*****g A******e EP its very hard to find. Saw them in the early nineties, the second most violent gigs I've seen (after The Meteors, but then, only The Meteors are pure psychobilly )

Also, I forgot to put Jesu up on my list. The self-titled album is probably the heaviest thing I've ever listened to, simply because its just so sad:

Pound for pound I'd say a symphony orchestra would probably outweigh most bands (some of them have over 130 musicians). If you are going to exclude orchestras, I'd asy any kind of band from Tonga or one of the pacific Islands would probably weigh the most.
