If I'm going to have a burger I'll make my own as well. Lean minced beef, break an egg into it for binding and breadcrumbs to plump it out a bit bit of salt and pepper. Smash into patties and slap on the ninja Woodfire. Sliced cheddar from the block not packet stuff, salad and loads of very hot chilli sauce all in a brioche bun (no extra salt nor sugar neither).I wouldn't feed that to a dog.
Industrial-scale fast food is just terrible. I love a good burger (my own), but for me that ain't it, and you could sub Big Mac's, QP's, Whoppers, et al, onto that list. At least go to Shake Shack or In 'n Out. As an expat Texan I do have to have a number of Whataburgers annually to maintain my Texas citizenship . . . .

60's Whataburger. I spent WAY too much time in those A-frames.
But really . . . why one meal today and two tomorrow in rotation ?
Still not the healthiest of meals, but so much better than the processed crap from Maccies, BK etc, and IMHO a lot more tasty.
