Looks like it's USA Cirrus with bubinga/walnut body and pau ferro fingerboard. You would need to lift the drop tuner to see the serial number to get an idea of the age. There is a dedicated thread here to US Peavey Cirrus with all the info you can ever hope to find.... a 200+ pages of it!
