I'm wanting to have my sons middle name as Thelonious.

I had a patient whose actual last name was Monk. His first and middle names were pretty normal names that gave him the initials C.T. I asked the Dad why he went by C.T. in stead of using the actual (again, pretty normal) names. Dad replied: "I want him to tell everyone that it stands for Chip Thelonius."
