Help with die cast toy identification

Die cast toys, especially Dinky and Matchbox are highly collectable - in great condition and especially boxed. Some go for crazy money.
I loved my Batmobile and Thunderbird 2 as a kid - still have both, but quite beaten up now!

Dangit, I just watched all of the Journey to the Center of the Earth & no one even mentioned the Victorian Drilling Vehicle. I guess I got the wrong movie.
